The basis of our service
Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the basis on which you may use the Pharmacy Exprezz website and the services we provide. Please read them carefully. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Pharmacy Exprezz is the trading name of Phetalz Ltd (registered in England, company number 8410525), a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (premises 9010271).
Our services
We provide a range of NHS and private pharmacy and clinical services, both in our pharmacy in Great Yarmouth and, where appropriate, by secure telehealth. The services available, and their prices, are described on our website and may change from time to time.
Most private services are available to adults aged 18 and over. Some services have specific eligibility criteria, which we will explain to you. Where a service is provided to a child, a parent or guardian must give consent and may need to be present.
Our services are not an emergency service. If you have a medical emergency, call 999. For urgent help that is not an emergency, call NHS 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk.
Booking and appointments
You can book appointments through our website, which uses Halaxy, a secure healthcare booking system. When you book, you are responsible for giving accurate and complete information, including any relevant medical details, so that we can provide your care safely.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you need to change or cancel, please tell us as early as you can so that we can offer the slot to someone else.
Prices and payment
Prices for our private services are shown on the relevant pages of our website and are confirmed when you book. For private services, payment is taken securely online through our booking provider at the time of booking, unless we tell you otherwise.
We make every effort to keep our prices accurate and up to date. If we discover a genuine pricing error before your appointment, we will contact you to agree how to proceed.
Cancellations, refunds and your rights
If you need to cancel a private appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation and refund arrangements are confirmed to you at the time of booking. Where a service has already been provided, or a medicine or vaccine has been specially ordered or prepared for you, a refund may not be possible.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Clinical care and your responsibilities
Your care is provided by qualified professionals who will use their clinical judgement in your best interests. We may decline to provide a treatment, or recommend that you see your GP or another service, where we consider that to be the safer or more appropriate option. This is part of providing responsible care.
You agree to give us accurate information, to follow the advice and instructions you are given, and to tell us about any changes in your health or medication that may be relevant.
