Accessibility Statement
PharmacyExprezz is committed to making our website and our services accessible to as many people as possible, including disabled people and people with access needs.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to find information about our services and to contact us easily. We are guided by the Equality Act 2010, under which we make reasonable adjustments so that disabled people are not placed at a disadvantage.
How accessible this website is
We aim to meet the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 to AA standard. To support this, we have built the website to:
- Use clear, plain language and a consistent, logical structure
- Allow navigation by keyboard as well as by mouse or touch
- Provide sufficient colour contrast for text and important elements
- Let you resize text and zoom in without losing content
- Include text alternatives for meaningful images
- Work across desktop, tablet and mobile screens
This website has not yet been independently audited, so we describe it as partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. We are continuing to test and improve it.
Known limitations
Some parts of the website include content or tools provided by other organisations, such as our online booking system and embedded reviews. We do not fully control the accessibility of these, although we choose providers carefully. If you have difficulty using any third-party tool, please contact us and we will help you complete what you need another way, for example by phone.
Getting help and alternative formats
If you need information from this website in a different format, such as large print or a more accessible document, or if you need help using the site, please contact us and we will do our best to provide what you need.
If you have specific access requirements for visiting the pharmacy, please tell us in advance so that we can make arrangements to assist you.
Feedback and reporting problems
We welcome your feedback. If you find an accessibility problem on this website, or you feel we have not met your needs, please contact us using the details below and tell us what happened and which page was affected. We will look into it and respond.
If you are not happy with our response
We will always try to resolve accessibility concerns directly. If you are a disabled person and you feel you have been treated unfairly, you can get free, confidential advice from the Equality Advisory and Support Service at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
