Before your appointment

  • Secure payment

    Private services are paid for online when you book. Your payment is handled securely by Halaxy and your card details are never stored by us.

  • Instant confirmation

    You will receive a confirmation email straight away, with the date, time and location of your appointment.

  • Need to change it

    You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email, or by calling our team during opening hours.

  • What to bring

    Please bring a form of ID and any relevant medical information, and try to arrive a few minutes before your appointment time.
