Your questions, answered.

What does CRP measure?

Will it tell me what is wrong?
CRP shows that inflammation is present but not the cause. It is interpreted alongside your symptoms.
What is the difference from hs-CRP?
Standard CRP detects higher levels linked to infection and inflammation. Hs-CRP is more sensitive and used to help assess cardiovascular risk.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book this test directly.
