How your appointment works

Careful, professional, and close to home.

A calm appointment with a registered clinician, from examination through to aftercare.

1

Examination

A trained clinician examines your ears with specialist equipment to confirm whether wax removal is suitable and which method is right for you.

2

Removal

Wax is removed using microsuction, irrigation, or a combination, based on clinical suitability and monitored throughout.

3

Aftercare

We check your ears afterwards and share simple aftercare advice to help keep them comfortable.

This service is for the management of earwax buildup and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care. Not everyone is suitable for wax removal, so a clinical assessment is carried out first. If your symptoms are severe, persistent, or unrelated to earwax, the clinician may advise you to see your GP or another healthcare professional. This page is general information and is not medical advice.
