Annual health review

Two panels, chosen for your plan

Plus members receive an annual Gold health check; Elite members receive the Platinum executive panel. Both include a clinical review of your results.

Gold health check

Included with Plus. A comprehensive 50-biomarker profile covering metabolic health and organ function, including liver, kidney, cholesterol, HbA1c and more, with a clinical review of your results.

Platinum health check

Included with Elite. Our most advanced 62-biomarker executive profile, adding hormone, thyroid and inflammation markers to the Gold panel, with a clinical review of your results.

Membership terms, in plain English

Annual health check
A scheduled appointment that includes a health check and a clinical review of your results. One is included per membership year, booked by arrangement rather than on demand, and valid for 12 months from your membership start date. It does not carry over if unused.
Telehealth check-ins
Remote appointments by video or phone for non-urgent advice, monitoring and follow-up. They are not for emergencies; if you need urgent care, contact 111 or 999. A clinician may ask you to attend in person where remote assessment is not appropriate.
Discounts
Member discounts apply to private clinic services only. They do not apply to NHS services or NHS prescription charges, and cannot be combined with other offers. All clinical decisions are made on clinical grounds and are not affected by membership status.
Billing and cancellation
Memberships are monthly rolling with no minimum term, paid monthly in advance. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice; your benefits continue until the end of the paid period. Monthly benefits do not roll over. Annual benefits run for 12 months from your start date. Prices include VAT where applicable and may change with 30 days’ notice.
Fair use
Memberships are for individual personal use and cannot be shared or transferred. Included benefits are subject to clinical appropriateness and reasonable use. We reserve the right to withdraw benefits that are misused or not clinically appropriate.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. All memberships are monthly rolling with no minimum term. Give 30 days’ notice to cancel, and your benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
How do I join?
Enquire about the plan that suits you and our team will confirm your plan, set up your monthly payment, and book your first appointment. We confirm your benefits in writing.
Do unused benefits roll over?
Monthly benefits do not roll over. Annual benefits, such as your health check, are valid for 12 months from your membership start date and do not carry over if unused.
Are memberships available for businesses?
Yes. We offer corporate and family plans covering staff screening, occupational health and group rates. Contact us for a tailored quote.
