What we treat

Is cryotherapy right for you?

Cryotherapy freezes and removes common, benign skin lesions. A short assessment confirms suitability first.

Warts

Common warts on the hands and elsewhere.

Verrucas

Warts on the soles of the feet.

Skin tags

Small, soft growths of skin.

Benign lesions

Other harmless skin lesions, following assessment.

We do not treat anything that looks suspicious; if we have any concern, we will refer you to your GP.

How it works

Assessed, treated, healed.

A quick, private appointment with a trained clinician.

1

Assessment

We examine the area and confirm cryotherapy is suitable for you.

2

Treatment

Where appropriate, the lesion is frozen quickly during your appointment.

3

Aftercare

We advise on healing and whether a follow-up treatment is needed.

Cryotherapy is only carried out after an assessment, as not every lesion is suitable and some need more than one treatment. Anything that looks suspicious will be referred to your GP rather than treated. This page is general information and is not medical advice.

What to expect
