Do I need a GP referral to book an appointment?
No. Every private service can be booked directly online with no GP referral and no registration. You choose your service, pick a time and you are seen — often at short notice.
How quickly can I be seen?
Most private services are available at short notice, and same-day appointments are often available — call 01493 857888 and we will find you the soonest slot.
How much do appointments cost?
Every price is published upfront with no hidden fees — for example, earwax removal from £50 and the hay fever injection at £75. You always see the full cost before you confirm.
Where are you based?
We are at Ground Floor, Row 60, 183a King Street, Great Yarmouth NR30 1LS, in the centre of town. We serve patients across Great Yarmouth, Gorleston, Norwich and the wider Norfolk area.
Are you a registered pharmacy?
Yes. We are GPhC-registered (premises registration 9010271) and LegitScript certified. Our superintendent pharmacist is a UK registered independent prescriber, which lets us offer services well beyond a typical pharmacy.
